Some products are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners (including Printful). Availability, pricing, and fulfillment times may vary.

We reserve the right to limit or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

 

 

3. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to accurately display:

  • Product descriptions

  • Images

  • Colors and sizes

However, colors may vary due to screen settings, and slight variations are normal for printed and handmade items. We do not guarantee that your device will display products exactly as they appear in person.

 

 

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s payment system and approved payment providers.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

 

 

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled only before they enter production or shipment.

  • Print-on-demand and custom items typically cannot be canceled once production begins.

  • If an order is canceled, any refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

 

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

 

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In summary:

  • Most items are final sale.

  • Refunds or replacements are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

All content on this Site — including artwork, images, text, designs, logos, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Kyndalyn’s Creations and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
