Thank you for shopping with Kyndalyn’s Creations (“we,” “our,” “us”). This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment is received and verified.

Processing times vary depending on the product:

  • Print-on-demand items (fulfilled by Printful): Typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • Original artwork: Typically processed within 4–7 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Package type

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier rates

For original artwork, shipping rates shown at checkout are estimates based on carrier calculations, including dimensional weight.

We use reputable shipping carriers selected by our fulfillment partners.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or due to an error on our part.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on location and fulfillment method:

  • United States: Typically 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International orders: Delivery times vary by country and may take 7–21+ business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Fulfillment Partners

Some products are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners, including Printful. When applicable:

  • Items may ship separately

  • Packages may arrive at different times

  • Tracking information will be provided when available


5. Additional Shipping Charges (Original Artwork)

For original artwork, shipping rates provided at checkout are estimates based on carrier calculations, including packaging and dimensional weight.

Final shipping costs may vary depending on packaging requirements, size, weight, and carrier rate adjustments.

If the actual shipping cost exceeds the estimated amount provided at checkout, you will be contacted prior to shipment with an updated total. Shipment will proceed once the updated cost is approved.


6. International Orders

International shipping is available where indicated at checkout.

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • These fees may or may not be included at checkout depending on your location and local regulations

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing


7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address may be delayed or lost.
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to address errors.
Replacement or reshipment costs may apply.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  • We will work with the carrier and fulfillment partner (if applicable) to investigate

We are not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped, but we will assist where possible.


9. Damaged Shipments

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.


10. Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from fulfillment locations within the United States.
Kyndalyn’s Creations operates from Dacono, Colorado, but items may ship from multiple locations depending on the product.


11. All Sales Final

All sales are final following payment. Please refer to the Return and Refund Policy for more information.
