Thank you for shopping at Kyndalyn’s Creations (“we,” “our,” “us”). We want you to be delighted with your art and printed products. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and how returns and refunds are handled.
1. General Return Policy

All sales of original artwork, prints, and custom products are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because many items are custom-produced (especially prints made through Printful), we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, wrong size choice, etc.).
2. Orders Fulfilled by Printful
For products produced and shipped by Printful:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Eligible for refund or replacement.

Printful Warranty: Printful backs printed products with a satisfaction guarantee. If a Printful-produced item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery (see “How to Request a Return” below).

Proof Required: Customers must provide a photo of the damage/issue and order number so we can process the claim with Printful.
3. Original Artwork
Original art pieces are one-of-a-kind:

They may be returned only if:
• The piece arrives damaged or significantly different than described/photos;
• You notify us within 7 days of delivery. -
After review and approval, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
4. Deadlines & Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund:

You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

You must include valid order details and supporting photos of the issue.

After 7 days, we cannot accept returns or process refunds.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To begin a return or refund request:

Email support@kyndalynscreations.com with:
• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product -
You will receive confirmation within 2 business days.

If approved, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement.
6. Refunds & Timing

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of approval.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for prints or originals. If you need a different print size, send a new order and we will process any approved refund as described above.
8. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

You are responsible for shipping costs unless a return is approved due to damage or error.

For approved returns, we may provide a return shipping label.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or damaged in shipping:

Contact us within 7 days of estimated delivery.

We will work with the shipping carrier and Printful (when applicable) to resolve the issue.
10. Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalized orders (unless arriving damaged/incorrect)

Digital downloads or printable files
11. Colorado Consumer Rights
Under Colorado law, customers retain the right to products that match their description and to remedies if goods are defective or not as advertised. This policy does not limit statutory rights where prohibited by law.
